I had never purchased a house before and had no idea what I was getting into. You made the whole experience so simple and answered all my questions completely. You have the patience of saints. We looked at so many houses and just when I was ready to give up you said "just a few more". And sure enough, you found me the perfect house. I truly appreciate all your diligence and going above and beyond what was necessary. You held my hand throughout the process and you were in constant communication with me. Never once did I doubt that I was in the best hands ever.

Kim and Dave,

Now that Megan and I are in the house on Forest I wanted to take the time to thank you for all of your hard work. Megan and I enjoyed working with you and are very thankful that you were there to walk us through this process. Bailey and I were new to the home buying process and as most first time home buyers we were a little intimidated at the whole process of purchasing a home. We were very fortunate to meet Kim Marshall at a Sunday open house as she was able to break the home buying process down for us and made it a lot easier for both of us. Kim is very easy to work with and she is always willing to make time for her clients, which is must when looking at real estate. Most importantly Kim earned our trust from the very beginning because she put our best interest above anything else.
